One Outbreath Again

choose one thing – an action that you will repeat

this ‘one thing’ should take one outbreath to complete
it can be movement of your body
movement that is an action of drawing, or of writing
or whatever you choose

take an inbreath (in stillness)
perform the action on the outbreath
do this again, and again, and again …

as you do this
don’t control your breath
neither lengthen nor shorten the breath
just let the breath change as it needs

no matter where you are in the action
your movement should stop as each outbreath completes

do this for at least 25 breaths
or as long as you want
