seeing … remembering …

wherever you are, whatever you are doing

look around
see what movement is happening
watch for at least ten seconds or as long as you like
letting the movement seep into your memory
then carry on with whatever you are doing

repeat this five times at times of your choosing

close your eyes
begin to remember the five movements
take your time
remembering the movements one after another
this is your choreography of remembering


re-make your choreography
using movements of the hands
or other parts of the body
or objects
or words
or another way of your choosing
this will be your choreography of remaking
